Computertots, Inc. is the franchisor for the COMPUTER EXPLORERS franchise system in the United States. Computertots, Inc. has master licensees that offer COMPUTER EXPLORERS franchises in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Malaysia.

We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to make changes to these terms and conditions in our sole discretion. Continued use of any part of this site constitutes your acceptance of any changes by Computertots, Inc. The most current version of this agreement, which supersedes all previous versions, can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” hyper-link located at the bottom of every page on the site.

You may use this site only for purposes expressly permitted by this site. COMPUTER EXPLORERS franchises are individually owned and operated. One of the purposes of this site is to place you in contact with a COMPUTER EXPLORERS franchisee in your area.  Our franchisees maintain individual web pages on this site that are customized to reflect the specific services and information offered by each franchisee. We are not responsible for and may not review all content added by franchisees to their individual web pages on this site.

You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Texas in connection with any dispute between you and Computertots, Inc., its parent company or any of its affiliates arising out of these Terms of Use or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Use each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Use will be in the state and federal courts in Houston, Texas.
