If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.

Information Collected. In order to better provide you with access to our services and the services of our franchisees, we may collect from you Personal Identifying Information and Non-Personal Identifying Information. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience while using this site.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Identifying Information” means information that lets us know who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this site, such as: 1) registering for our monthly newsletter, 2) requesting information about franchising opportunities, or 3) sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, we may ask that you provide us personal information about you, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), E-mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personal identifying information.

You may be given the option of enrolling for classes online.  If you are given this option through this site, we may ask that you provide us with information about the person being enrolled for classes, such as the student’s name, age and city where he or she will take classes. This information will be accessible by Computertots, Inc. and a franchisee in your area. Availability of online enrollment is dependent upon the services provided by individual franchisees and may not be available in your area. You may also register for classes by printing a registration form available on this site and submitting the form directly to the franchisee chosen by you or by contacting the franchisee in your area.

In some cases you will have the option to pay the tuition for the classes online. If you are given the option for online payment, it will be handled by third party service providers selected by the franchisee you are enrolling with and may require you to provide additional Personal Identifying Information, such as a credit card number.  We have no control over those third party sites. The third party sites have their own Privacy Policy which we encourage you to review.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “Non-Personal Identifying Information” refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon where you visit on our site. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Web site’s Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address.

Collection and Use of Information. We do not collect any Personal Identifying Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us when you request any of the information or services identified above. We may also collect information from you at other points on our site that state that such information is being collected.

In addition, we may also collect, or a third party ad server and/or content server may collect, certain Non-Personal Identifying Information. This information is ultimately stored in the form of store categories, and, in some cases, specific URLs. We may use Non-Personal Identifying Information to address technical problems with our hardware and/or software, to administer our site and to gather demographic information. We may also be provided with summary reports that will tell us how many ads were presented and clicked upon at our site.

If you have registered for our newsletter or submitted your E-mail address to us for any other reason, we may, from time to time, send you E-mail regarding services offered by our franchisees. If you register for our newsletter, you may be contacted by the third-party company that maintains our database of newsletter subscribers regarding services or special offers they may provide.

If you register for classes offered by one of our franchisees, the franchisee that will be offering the classes will have access to all the Personal Identifying Information you provide.

We will primarily use your Personal Identifying Information to provide services and information you request. We may also use Personal Identifying Information to enhance the operation of our site, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze site use, improve product and service offerings by our franchisees, and customize our site’s content, layout, and services. We may use Personal Identifying Information to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding administrative notices. We may also use Personal Identifying Information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce your agreements with Computertots, Inc., including those agreements in our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.
